I just spent this past weekend in London Ontario with Kinesiology students from across Canada participating in Kin Games 2011. It was a FUN weekend filled with constant cheering chanting and spirit! We were competing against other university's for the "shoe" in events like handball and football. There were opening dances performed by each team and an academic challenge but most of all there was UNITY. Everyone was cheering for everyone and sharing with everyone, the way everything should be. Friendships were formed, spirits were up and EVERYONE left with a smile on their face and a happy heart. It's weird to be back without the team, all I want to do is start chants for everyone to join in. I am in the U of L library. So I will share my spirit with you.

I'm getting excited to leave school and actively participate in aiding social justice issues. Something about sitting at a desk and studying just isn't cutting it for me right now . I WANT TO HELP I WANT TO HELP. Well okay I do want to graduate as well, but come on summer happen already!
